I've been flooded with questions about how and where to find programmers to work with FB API, coders for various arbitration tasks, just layout designers, and how to write TORs. Let's get to the bottom of it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Writing TOR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The best place to look for programmers is on upwork.com<\/a>so write the TOR in English and send all the Indians who will submit bids to the woods, because the quality of code they have monstrous<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
