1)Deleting comments is worse than hiding them, not only because it's disrespectful to users, but because it decreases the Engagement rate of your ad post!
2) See the negative on the ad and consider the percentage ratio of negative to the total number of views (see screenshots). If the negative is close to 0.1%, then delete the ad, otherwise banned to fuck the account! (It would be necessary to automate such monitoring)
