A year ago, I was actively using my main Facebook account to drain on a variety of merchandise: white goods, weight loss, joints, etc. The goal was to spend minimum budget on software and maximum investment in turnover. I was pouring in different ways:
- Did after minimal farming in the free Sphere on autoregi BMs, then tied them into the main social profile and created there after the first bill 5 accounts
- I made test accounts and shared them with my BMs (yes, you could do that?)
- Tested master pixel, bowtie, etc.
All this was living and working fine until fb introduced a new kind of ban - advertising restriction, which I ended up getting. It was a pity: at that time it was over a dozen years old, so I submitted a ticket for unbanning several times, but in the end it stupidly stopped working and gave an error when trying to send a message.

Next I usually select Policy & Account Security.
And if you have a good account and support is in touch, then there will be a button to communicate via Messenger.

Bottom line: the only thing that helpdesk can do in this situation is to pass the request to a separate team that deals with blocking advertising activity. My "line of defense" was built on the fact that I had nothing to do with it at all, I set up ads for other people, they then in those BMs that I poke around, do all kinds of stuff, and then I get banned for it!!! A-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya-ya!
In general, support promised to contact me, but almost a month has passed and nothing happened. On repeated requests they said only that the request is considered and eventually wrote that most likely banned due to the fact that the account has a banned BM (cap!). Thank gods the ticket button was working and I wrote this long buggy, after which the restriction was finally lifted! Here's a screenshot:
The moral of all of the above: fight for your accounts and insist that you have absolutely nothing to do with it: you pay the billings, do good advertising, and it's all the partners' fault! And that you have already changed everything, and these partners are no longer associated with you in any way. Good luck!
